The Batman
Unmask the truth.
2022·2h 57m·★ 7.7
In his second year of fighting crime, Batman uncovers corruption in Gotham City that connects to his own family while facing a serial killer known as the Riddler.
LUXEN Decision Guide
Does this fit your night?
The Batman frames Bruce Wayne as an investigator first, using Gotham's corruption and a series of murders to make the mystery part of the hero's identity. The result is a darker, more grounded take that spends as much time on the city's rot and Bruce's uncertainty as on the costume itself.
Best fit
Who it is for
Best for viewers who want a brooding detective thriller with superhero elements, a dense atmosphere, and a Batman who is still figuring out what kind of symbol he wants to become.
